Free shipping on all products. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no additional shipping fees, fuel surcharges, or remote area fees.

Normal order processing time is 1–2 business days.


Clothing is bulky, so we use thickened protective packaging, waterproof shipping bags, and multiple protective materials to ensure that large items are not deformed or damp during transportation.


Special circumstances (such as new restocks or peak holiday periods) may slightly extend the processing time. We will notify you as soon as possible.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time


We will automatically match the best carrier based on your shipping address. Common logistics companies include:


United States Postal Service (USPS) / UPS / FedEx (within the United States)


DHL Express / Aramex (international express)


EMS / ePacket (international standard delivery)


The system will automatically select a logistics provider based on the destination, order size, and service availability.


Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (slight differences may occur due to customs and regional policies)


Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times, but no additional shipping fees will apply.


4. Order Tracking


After shipment, you will receive a logistics notification containing the tracking number and carrier link.


You can check the real-time shipping progress at any time through the order center.

To ensure clothing maintains its shape and quality during transportation, we provide the following guarantees:


We use pressure-resistant and moisture-proof packaging to protect down and cotton fillings from compression and deformation.


Leather and wool items are equipped with dedicated dust bags.


Hats, scarves, and plush items are sealed with protective film.


All packaging is cleaned to prevent moisture and contamination.


6. Receipt and Handling of Abnormalities


Please check your package promptly upon receipt. If you find any of the following, please contact customer service within 48 hours:


Package damaged, crushed, or damp.


Incorrect quantity or wrong shipment.


Damage during transportation (holes, obvious stains, irreparable damage).


We will provide replacement or reshipment services (free of charge).


7. International Customer Customs Policies


If the destination country levies a small amount of customs duty according to local regulations, the recipient will be responsible for it; however, we can provide invoices and relevant documents to assist in handling this matter.


Customs inspections in some countries may cause additional delays, which is normal.
