5. Purchasing.

"Special Offer" items are non-refundable. Exceptions include: damaged goods, orders that do not match size, color, or style, or goods for which a return option has been purchased. If you wish to return a defective item, you must notify us within 30 days of the item's shipment date. We will not accept returns if you do not notify us within 30 days or do not return the item to us as instructed.

15. General Provisions.

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Kongsrs regarding your access to or use of this website and any purchases made on this website. Kongsrs failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right, power, or remedy; nor shall any individual or partial exercise by Kongsrs of any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions preclude its exercise of any other or further right, power, or remedy.

16. Disputes.

Any dispute or claim relating to your use of Kongsrs or any products or services sold or distributed by Kongsrs shall be settled through binding arbitration, not through a court.

You and Kongsrs agree that you may only bring claims against the other party in your individual capacity, and not as plaintiffs or class members in any so-called class action, joint action, consolidated action, private prosecutor action, or representative action, through arbitration proceedings. Unless you and Kongsrs agree, no arbitrator may consolidate claims against more than one person or otherwise preside over any form of representative action or class action. An arbitrator may only grant injunctive relief to the party seeking relief, and only to the extent necessary for that party's individual claim.

18. Prohibited Regions Statement

Due to international regulations and compliance requirements, we do not accept orders or process payments from the following countries or regions: Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Libya, Republic of Cuba, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen. Any orders from these countries will be automatically cancelled, and any payments already made will be refunded according to our refund policy.

19. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to any conflict of laws principles or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
